The Crowd
This series documents the Palestinian protests that took place in Washington D.C. since October 7th, 2023 when Hamas launched an attack on Israel. On November 4th, 2023, the biggest Palestinian protest by far in the U.S. took place on Freedom Plaza: tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters marched down the street in Washington D.C., demanding a cease-fire in Gaza and an end of U.S. aid to Israel. People from all around the country, including Chicago, Boston, Florida, etc., flew over for the demonstration, which lasted for more than 6 hours with an ending behind the White House.
